1918 Maxim Pumper Model 6T5

This pumper is believed to be the oldest complete and operating Maxim in existence. Original department is unknown, but was operated as an auxiliary unit for Winchester MA, and owned by a doctor who summered in Eliot, Maine and lettered it Sturgeon Cove. Has a Springfield style body. We think it was “refurbed” by Maxim at a later date, as it has a 6 cyl. Buda engine, updated headlights and added windshield which is found on some other Maxims. Truck starts and runs well, brakes work, needs some minor tinkering. Selling to make room for another truck I have bought. I like it as is, but could also be completely restored. Asking $9,500, located in NH. Pictures emailed upon request.
